| The unified automatic control system of the
station (ACS) is intended for manage the equipment of station in an automatic mode and to commands of the operator. The control system executes
the following basic functions:
- automatic control of the radio-frequency
equipment of the station;
- automatic sound and visible-warning at
emergencies occurrence on the station;
- automatic correction of position of the antenna according to daily movings a satellite - retransmitter (autotracking);
- automatic transition to the reserve radio-electronic equipment in case of malfunctions ;
- automatic quality control of
the radiolink in each direction;
- manual control of the equipment of station from the keyboard from
the workstation;
- automatic data acquisition and storage of electronic station
log;
- an exchange of the service information between operators of stations.
ACS ensures the functioning of the ES Polus-SCC in free running mode or
in node point mode. - In free running mode ACS
provides functioning of the station in one radiodirection. - In node point mode ACS provides
functioning of the central exchange station, working
up to 128 duplex radiodirections and node point
station, working up to 8 duplex directions, and also the control and management of the peripheral stations which are included in both central networks.
In free running mode ACS of the station provides
execution of the following functions:
- automatic aiming antenna on RTR-satellite;
- quality control of the radiolink on one direction;
- automatic regulation of signal-to-noise merit and power;
- managements of the equipment of station and the control of its serviceability;
- automatic data acquisition of
the station in radio-log about failures of the equipment and about actions of the operator;
- an exchange of the type-printing service information between operators of stations.
Aiming antenna on RTR-satellite is realized in following modes:
- autotracking in extreme mode with optimization interval aiming, on base of the forecasting of the displacement RTR-satellite on the orbit;
- program mode of tracking on the basis of moving
forecasting of the RTRon an orbit at absence of an accepted signal;
- manual mode of the aiming.
Checking quality control on radio-direction is realized by images on workstation's
monitor the following information:
- power level Pout (W);
- signal-noise (dB);
- data adequacy;
- level of the signal at the demodulator
input (dBm);
- level of the signal at the
modulator output (dBm);
- frequency of a signal on transmission and recieving (MHz);
- modem failure.
Deflection specified parameter from nominal importances is displayed on monitor by red colour and is accompanied sound signalizing.
ACS of station carries out management of the equipment of the station placed both on antenna post and on a workstation of the operator (the internal equipment).
ACS of the station at management and control of the
equipment provides:
- make-and-break of the equipment;
- switching of the equipment on a reserve;
- checking radiated power;
- image on workstation monitor mnemonics of the equipment AP with different color indication (make-and-break, failures);
- submission of the sound signal system about an emergency condition of the equipment.
ACS of the station provides programming and the control of any parameters of the modem according to their operating instructions.
ACS of the station at data adequacy of the radio-log provides:
- record turning antenna with instruction of time and coordinates of the position antenna;
- record with mark on time the emergencies on stations;
- record with mark on time the make-and-breaks the equipment of the station.
ACS of the station provides the transmission from the workstation an official typing information between operators of the stations by overhead channel.
In node point mode ACS of the station provides execution of the following functions:
- realize the automatic aiming of the antenna to RTR-satellite;
- realize quality control of the radiolink to all directions;
- realize automatic regulation of signal-to-noise merit and power;
- realize management of the node point station equipment and control of its operational capability;
- realize checking the condition of the equipment of the peripheral stations;
- realize programming modems of the peripheral stations;
- automatic data acquisition of the central exchangeand peripheral stations in radio-log about failures of the equipment and about actions of the
operator during 100 days and saving it on the hard drive;
- an exchange of the type-printing service information between operators of stations.
Nomenclature parameters, on which is realized monitoring in node point and free running mode of working ACS, completely coincide.
